R&D PMO

Ihre Aufgaben

- Responsible for planning and monitoring R&D department activities

- Follow-up on R&D activities, e.g. decisions and AI, schedule control, budget and risk management

- Assist with preparing review meetings, project update presentations and dashboards

- Collect progress updates from R&D various groups to maintain updated projects status

- Responsible for preparing the annual work plan and budget of the R&D department

- Manage program's High level plan by the PLC methodology - Program Lice Cycle

- Build the needed infrastructure / process, guide and follow up with relevant stakeholders

- Be right hand of a Program Manager by Pushing to meet targets at all fronts

- Verify and guide R&D reviews and managerial routines and follow up processes

- Build, maintain and present an overall R&D activities dashboard and issue a quarterly update

- Constitute as the interface and linkage between the R&D and the departments of finance, operation and service

What should you have?

- B.Sc Industrial Engineering and Management

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in planning, analyzing and controlling work plans and budgets

- Proven experience in project management - multi disciplinary HW-SW R&D projects in particular - an advantage

- Experience with MS Project, TFS (or other Agile system)

- English-excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience in development in multidisciplinary products - strong advantage

- Experience from international organization - advantage
