Join us an MDF Operation Analyst in India, where you'll embark on an exciting marketing adventure!

Your mission: Build pipelines, co-market with partners and dive into the operational depths of marketing. We need your sharp analytical skills to streamline processes, comprehend global marketing requests, handle data reporting and dashboards in Salesforce or Tableau.

In this role, you'll oversee partner interactions, purchase orders and the finer details of lead generation campaigns.

The MDF Operations Analyst is part of Imperva's Channel Operations team with specific focus on supporting our worldwide Channel Marketing team. Daily activities include, but are not limited to, supporting channel MDF operations, channel marketing MDF campaigns, processes and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • MDF Operations
  • Provide channel marketing team with MDF Marketing Request (MR) reporting

  • Support channel by working with Procurement to ensure purchase orders are created for all approved MR's.

  • Provide channel partner POs for all approved activities

  • Ensure MDF claims and Proof of Performance has been submitted within x days

  • Manage invoicing with Imperva Partner and Accounts Payable of all approved activities

  • Data Reporting:
  • Create monthly & quarterly channel related reports & dashboards on MDF utilization

  • Report partner performance on a Quarterly & ad-hoc basis based on the marketing plans

  • Build Marketing Pipeline & Forecasting reports at a Regional & Partner level.

  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing Managers to maintain partner marketing plans in the central repository.

  • SFDC Management:
  • Support channel marketing team with campaign creation

  • Review Campaigns and Deal Registrations for MDF performance and ROI

  • Project/Program/Process/Activity Management:
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams on improvements & data quality projects

  • Assist with other projects & activities on ad-hoc basis



Ihr Profil


  • Five or more years of experience in a Sales/Marketing Operations or similar role

  • Experience with Salesforce.com reporting and administration, Microsoft, and Google suites.

  • Excellent communication skills, partnership capabilities, attention to detail and a devotion to customer success.

  • Familiarity with Tableau & MS Excel is a must
