Providing 2nd level application and product support to Sysmex affiliates, distributors, and partners in the EMEA region for haemostasis analysers, reagents, and applications

Providing 2nd level application and product support to Sysmex affiliates, distributors, and partners in the EMEA region for middleware and automation solution in the context haemostasis analysers
-
Handling requests on application as well as analytical issues including the appropriate documentation, processing and partly forwarding of service requests to relevant support units
-
Planning, preparing, and performing alpha and beta testing of new software versions of haemostasis analysers in Sysmex Europe facilities and external sites
-
Contributing to new product developments based on customers' needs and required usability improvements
-
Running reports to determine recurring malfunctions and documenting resolutions
-
Providing installation and on-site support to our affiliates and distributors
-
Conducting application training and taking part in other trainings in our training centre

Escalating product improvement requests to our headquarter in Japan
Ihr Profil
-
Education in medical laboratory technology or equivalent
-
Expert theoretical knowledge and practical experience of working with haemostasis testing in a lab
-
Good understanding of laboratory middleware is a MUST, knowledge of haemostasis work area manager as a big plus
-
Profound experience as a product trainer
-
Excellent communication and motivation skills
-
Ideally German speaking
-
Ability to convey complex information in a simplified and comprehensible way

Friendliness, accuracy and reliability, even in stressful situations

Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (up to 30%)
