Ihre Aufgaben
The CRM Marketing Specialist /f/m/d) will be the owner of the CRM system, which supports the entire sales & marketing funnel from lead generation, qualification, to sales support and in the future, customer service. The main responsibilities include:

Strategize and present concepts and ideas to constantly optimize marketing and sales processes and workflow.

Maintain database to be clear and relevant to users in different departments

Generate reports and dashboards according to various requirements
-
Automate and execute marketing campaigns through Pardot & Salesforce, including emailing, forms, lifecycle campaigns, recurring programs etc
-
Administrate the systems, help users in navigating and customizing the system to fit their needs
-
Work closely with suppliers, consultants, different departments to build and constantly improve the CRM system based upon objectives & budget.

Analyse, track, and report on marketing and sales campaign ROI, and further propose improvements/solutions
Ihr Profil

Have experience in CRM administration (preferably using Pardot & Salesforce)
-
Technical mindset, hands-on attitude and willing to learn

Ability to clearly and efficiently communicate with difference stakeholders including suppliers and different departments within the company

Highly organised and skilled at prioritisation as well as able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. It would be highly advantageous if you have:

Solid understanding of HTML and best email practices.

Solid understanding of data management, pre, and post-campaign
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise

Salesforce Administrator Certificate
-
Salesforce Pardot experience
-
APEX coding ability
