Achieve sales targets and grow POC sales achievements & market share year on year

Implement sales strategies to enhance business growth in designated customer groups within areas of responsibility

Meet with current and prospective clients to identify needs and challenges and present on our POC solutions

Prepare and present monthly & quarterly sales forecasts
-
Actively manage customer participation in scientific seminars, workshops and conferences
-
Prepare and present monthly & quarterly sales forecasts

Develop strong relationships with key healthcare providers with the designated customer groups.
-
Conduct a stakeholder mapping for key focus groups based on a needs analysis.

Increase the number of accounts and touch points within the area of responsibility
-
Shape our brand positioning and messaging in a away that is consistent with our marketing strategies
-
Learn and understand competitor activities and develop counter strategies through exemplary service and support & provides market information to sales & marketing departments
-
Maintain an active database, Log client contacts, meetings/calls and sales conversations using the Sysmex CRM tool
-
Attending industry events, conferences as well as providing training as required
-
Stay informed: reading industry journals and stay abreast of changes in the field and keep up to date with legislation relating to pharmaceutical and point of care
-
Maintain and manage the expense allocations within the limits provided
-
Travel time: approx 40% (locally &internationally may be required)
Ihr Profil
-
Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or equivalent from an accredited institution
-
Minimum 3 - 4 years' experience within Point of Care / Pharmaceutical sales repping / industry sales experience
-
Demonstrable experience in working with & navigating Sales CRM systems is essential
-
Strong influencing / persuasion and excellent negotiation skills
-
Engages people in a way that encourages their willingness to act and support
-
Superior presentation and report writing skills with attention to detail
-
Strong emotional intelligence & connectedness resulting in positive relationship building with key stakeholders
-
An Ability to work with cross functional teams & also work independently, prioritizes multiple projects, addresses multiple issues, and handles multiple deadlines, in a dynamic hands-on environment
-
Ability to collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders within a global organization across the regions, as well as external stakeholders
-
A team player that is able to coordinate, galvanize & draw on colleagues support when the need arises
-
Independent self-starter that is highly motivated

Proven networking skills within the POC industry
-
Self-driven with a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency (responding to customer queries timeously, effectively & maintains frequent communication with customers)

Solid administration & reporting competency

Commitment to upholding our Company's ethical standards, SOPs and adherence to the marketing code as a guiding tool.

Must be in possession of all the required documents that will facilitate smooth travel both locally & internationally for business purposes (valid drivers' license / passport / all necessary vaccination certificates as required for cross border access etc.)
