Can you effectively translate strategic objectives into actionable plans? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for the position of Executive Assistant, supporting our COO in a newly established role., This role offers a distinctive opportunity to shape and define its scope. As the right-hand support to the COO, you will be responsible for maintaining solid structures and processes, as well as actively participating in a multitude of exciting projects. A key ongoing project involves developing and implementing a strategic and structured framework to ensure effective execution for the COO and VPs in Operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks. The following provides an overview of the most important responsibilities:

Actively participating in Operations Management meetings to ensure momentum and the execution of post-agreements.

Facilitating the implementation of Monday as a task and project management tool.

Overseeing and managing the annual Operations calendar in collaboration with the COO.

Assuming responsibility for reporting, generating insights, and crafting presentations for the organization, executive management, and the Board of Directors.

Planning and executing monthly meetings between Operations Management (OPM) and other units such as Finance, P&C, and Legal.

Steering project plans in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Ihr Profil
We anticipate that you hold a degree in business, economics, or a related field (e.g., Cand merc., Cand. Oceon). Additionally, you should have some years of experience in an Executive Assistant role. Your professional toolkit should include robust methodologies, analytical skills, and a knack for execution. Experience in drafting and presenting presentations to leaders and external partners is essential.
With your strategic and analytical mindset, you should be adept at analyzing information and drawing precise conclusions to support management decisions. Your outstanding project management and communication abilities will facilitate execution within the organization. This role demands strong leadership capabilities, particularly in terms of stakeholder management, mentoring, reassessment, and follow-up. Simultaneously, you should exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving and confident decision-making.
