To strengthen our Dispatch Department at the Osnabrück site, we are looking for a Team Leader Shipping Department (m/f/d) Objectives of this role:

• In addition to customs clearance for our projects as well as customer service, you will be responsible for the preparation of international shipping documents

• Independent organization and handling of material transports worldwide by forwarding agents and parcel service providers

• Timely coordination of sea, air and road transports as well as loading processes in close cooperation with related departments

• Planning of truck and container shipments, export packaging, packaging components and loading specifications

• Contact person to freight forwarders, customers and customs,

• Training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable training

Ihr Profil

• Several years of professional experience in international shipping as well as good knowledge of customs law, ideally in mechanical engineering and special plant construction

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Atlas

• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken

• Knowledge of proALPHA and AEB (Assist4) desirable

• You are a responsible team player (m/f/d) and work in a goal-oriented manner with a high degree of initiative and assertiveness
