We deliver a complete portfolio of turnkey end-to-end AI-based managed and professional services that ensure efficient network rollout and optimization to achieve the highest value for our customers. Our solutions are deployed by more than 400 service providers, as well as more than 800 private networks, in more than 140 countries What will you do? - Understand the business needs and translates them into reports and dashboards - Lead periodical and per demand Analysis of field issues and other data collected by the Salesforce (CRM) system, and /or other systems such as Oracle - Monitor, analyze, observe trends and patterns, raise concerns for pandemics or repeated issues - Design, develop, maintain reports and dashboards for Global and Regional Support Centers, using SalesForce or other analytics tools, such as Power BI or Tableau - Root cause analysis of field failures, customer complaints and provide feedback to cross-functional teams - Perform product related analysis, and presenting the output to the R&D teams - Present data findings in easily understandable format for relevant stakeholders (QA, R&D, Customer Support, RMA)
Ihr Profil
- BA degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field - Familiarity with BI and CRM systems (preferably SalesForce) - Has experience with Tableau for data visualization. Developer experience - an advantage - Experience in MS Office suite (mandatory Excel and PowerPoint) - Nice to have SharePoint experience - Fluent English (read write speak) - Strong analytical skills - Good communication skills and human relations - Fast learner
