We are currently on the lookout for a talented Creative Director to join our enthusiastic and vibrant team for the YouTube channel Gotcha!. Our goal is to produce entertaining, straightforward and unique video content that caters to young viewers across the globe., We are one of the leading digital media and entertainment companies globally, producing positive, engaging and original content in 17 languages for people of all ages.

Ihre Aufgaben

We have a vision for your growth within our organisation. Our goal is to see the Creative Director evolve into the role of a Product Owner within the span of a year. As a Product Owner, you'll have the opportunity to shape the overall direction of our content strategy, collaborate closely with various teams, and drive the channel's success to new heights.,

• Oversee the video production process, from concept to final edit, ensuring high-quality visuals and storytelling.

• Develop and execute a creative vision that aligns with the channel's goals and target audience.

• Brainstorming sessions and idea generation, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Write and review scripts, ensuring they are compelling, informative, and engaging.

• Collaborate closely with our Project Owner, assisting with delegated tasks that contribute to the overall success of our content initiatives.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the channel's content quality.

Ihr Profil

• Proven ability to generate creative concepts and effectively implement them.

• Strong logical thinking and the ability to construct well-reasoned arguments.

• Proficiency in scriptwriting and storytelling techniques.

• A deep understanding of video editing software and techniques.

• In-depth knowledge of content trends, audience preferences, and platform dynamics.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Basic leadership skills, including team motivation and task delegation.

• Prior experience in a creative leadership role is a plus.

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages.

  Salary: up to 4 132 EUR/ gross (Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience). We are committed to attracting the best talent and are open to negotiating salaries above this range.
