Ensure the correct planning and timely execution of all deck & safety operations pertaining to the daily activities, maintenance, improvements and technical modifications for the assigned ships

Manage and is responsible for the vessels deck budgets & spare parts management

Prepare and support for audits and inspections and also participate in onboard audits

Follow up on findings in liaison and guidance with Cruise Governance/ Audit Management and documentation of findings in the Global HESS-MS platform

Support Cruise Governance and the DPA as a subject matter expert

Participate in regular HESS-/ Safety meetings together with HESS SI Environment, HESS SI USPH, Nautical & Safety SI under guidance of the Head of Safety and/or DPA
Ihr Profil

Bachelor´s degree or equivalent and minimum 3 years of professional experience in shipboard operations and preferably in the maritime sector

IMO license is mandatory

Junior leadership experience as Staff Captain or Safety Officer is desirable

Safety driven and having a cooperative attitude

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

Very good command of the English language (English is our Company's official language)
