They are looking for a forward-thinking and visionary Head of Engineering with a proven track record of successful project delivery to institutional or governmental clients. Ideally, they are looking for someone with expertise in cloud computing and blockchain technology, coupled with a deep enthusiasm for startups. They offer an opportunity for personal growth where you will lead the engineering team, working closely alongside the CTO to address complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead a customer-centric approach to delivery management, ensuring seamless integration of their asset recovery solution.

• Formulate and execute an engineering roadmap that uses blockchain technology to elevate their asset management platform and propel their startup's expansion.

• Offer direction and mentorship to the engineering team, steering the technical scalability of their products whilst creating a culture of collaboration, with a particular emphasis on blockchain applications.

• Identify and implement top-tier practices to enhance development efficiency, quality, and scalability.

• Maintain a vigilant watch on emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements, propelling innovation within the engineering team.

Ihr Profil

• Proven track record as a Head of Engineering or in a similar technical leadership position, showcasing leadership and expansion of engineering teams.

• Experience in the web3 / blockchain industry using Golang, React and AWS with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract development.

• Tangible experience in crafting and implementing solutions, especially in regulated environments and within the domain of enterprise cloud-based platforms.

• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, demonstrated through effective collaboration with cross-functional and off-shore teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a rapid growth environment and a passion for start-up environments.
