Quality Project Engineer

Due to the ambitious growth of the organization, we wish to strengthen the team in Zwijnaarde with a Quality Project Engineer.

Ihre Aufgaben

As quality engineer you are the bridge between NMI & production for all quality related activities to make sure final products meet all customer requirements and that all customer related requests addressed.

Responsibilities

• You work on the control plan and SR: prototype and pre-serial.

• You validate the product sheet from project side.

• You execute FMEA/CP from project side and perform new quality risk analysis.

• You validate the process from quality project side and set the criteria.

• You verify the steps of stages gates and PPAP/APQP with the development teams.

• You ensure the handover from prototype to serial life: you sign off on alerts/customer claims from prototype side.

• You treat customer claims from prototype and pre-serial: 8D/analysis.

• You ensure right start-up of the project in production in first steps (design/prototype)

• You draw up project reports.

• You ensure the production processes readiness to start new trials.

• You make the sample reports for each delivery.

• You follow documentation and deployment of best practices and lessons learned.

• You train the operators regarding any documentation release (acceptance criteria, control plan etc)

• You ensure the effectiveness of the corrective & preventive actions while monitoring the product quality improvement.

Ihr Profil

• You have obtained a technical bachelor's or master's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in quality engineering in the automotive industry.

• You are fluent in both English and German, since you will be working dedicated for one of our German customers.

• You have a good knowledge of IATF, VDA 6.3, CoP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP Core Tools and Problem Solving Methods.

• You have good MS Office skills. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

• You work meticulous and according to high quality standards.
