Ihre Aufgaben

This position will lead and oversee the overall supervision of Warehouse Operations of WSA PH and in collaboration with our suppliers.

What you will do

• Ensure accuracy of outgoing shipments.

• Handles shipment confirmation process

• Will be the SME in PEZA documentations

• Assist in ensuring the accuracy of Inventory.

• Initiate and support cost effective initiative and improvements geared towards cost efficient operations.

• Ensure effective preservation, accurate and quality inventory at all times. Reviews and audits inventory accuracy and system transactions from receiving to issuance of units to eliminate inventory risks.

• Ensure the accuracy and shipment timeliness at all times.

• Ensure all audit findings, issues and exceptions, internal and external are properly escalated and resolved within agreed closure period.

• Prepare and report warehouse +QDIP board data daily and raise issues for discussion and resolution.

• Monitor key warehouse processes (receiving, storing, issuing, transfer and inventory accuracy) Review related processes to determine if it is still current and effective. Prepare documented procedure and instructions to ensure new processes are disseminated and executed accordingly.

• Manages the overall safety of the warehouse department.

• Recommends process improvements to ensure warehouse operations area maintain high efficiency and reliability

• Investigate all exceptions and process breakdown that result to stock out and inventory variances

• Monitor project / operations status and escalate for any support requirement.

• Provide analysis of space capacity and utilization of warehouse.

• Ensure timely subjective performance evaluations of direct reports, etc.

• Actively participate on activities related to value formation and enhancement, Company sponsored and key training aims to develop functional as well as behavioral competencies.

Ihr Profil

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Warehouse Specialist

• Knowledge in PEZA and Customs rules
