The BollAnts SPA im Park in Bad Sobernheim is a small, fine hotelresort in the middle of the wine-growing region of the Nahe. It has 120 comfortably furnished rooms, suites & alpine lodges on the mountain, as well as a modern and multiple award-winning SPA.

The gastronomic area includes the restaurant "Hermannshof" in vintage style, the gourmet restaurant "Jungborn" under the kitchen management of our sympathetic and ambitious chef Philipp Helzle and the restaurant "Villa" with light creative wellness cuisine. The special awards of the house include a star in the Guide Michelin and seventeen points in the Guide Gault Millau.

In 2021, the BollAnts Spa in the Park is considered one of the leading wellness hotels in all of Germany.



Ihre Aufgaben


  • As our restaurant manager you will ensure together with the entire service team (approx. 30 employees and trainees) the culinary experience of the guests on the highest level

  • With your experience and expertise (wine, spirits, food) you advise the guests and create a feel-good atmosphere by being a perfect host

  • You have a keen sense for guest wishes and guest concerns

  • You pay attention to the observance of the standards and guide trainees and new employees, in which you pass on your good technical knowledge and your professional experience

  • As an exemplary team player, you will also assist with serving food and beverages (including wine service), cashiering and invoicing as needed



Ihr Profil


  • You have completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry

  • You have several years of professional experience in the upscale gastronomy - ideally already in a comparable position

  • You probably have good wine knowledge or the instructor qualification (AEVO)

  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends and holidays

  • Friendliness and commitment are among your strengths

  • Perhaps you have already gained some experience abroad and improved your good English skills

  • Hands on mentality and the willingness as a team player to lend a hand when needed

  • Empathy and the ability to act as a "role model" and "carry along" our team

  • Willingness to work on yourself during the coaching and mentoring process
