Ihre Aufgaben


As a part of our Young Global Leader program you will work with us to develop Inuvet's expansion into the Chinese market.,

  • You will complete a 1.5 year program that will prepare you for your leadership role as a Country Manager.

  • You will build a powerful team and bring in your experience working in the region of China which you are based in.

  • From the very beginning, you will have a lot of responsibility and will be involved in keeping animals naturally healthy all over the world.**

    Course of the program:

  • In the first 4 months, the onboarding process and the familiarization with the company will take place both in Lörrach, Germany, as well as remote.

  • Over the following 8 months you will gain sales experience and develop sales strategies in China.

  • After that, you will spend 6 months on personnel planning, recruiting and building up a regional sales team in China, as well as remote.



Ihr Profil


  • You are based in China or have spent a signifigant amount of time there and have a knowledge of the culture and local conditions.

  • You speak Chinese and English (and maybe even German).

  • You are enthusiastic about entrepreneurship and have a hands-on mentality.

  • You like to make decisions.

  • Nothing gets you off track. You are flexible in thinking and acting.

  • You are well organized and manage to keep a cool head even in turbulent times.

  • A solid grasp of the German language is highly desirable, but not required.
