Ihre Aufgaben

Operation of all departmental tasks within the Compugraphics Customer Solutions Office, working closely with all members of Customer Solutions team and supporting the Customer Solutions Supervisor in their role. Primary job metrics are on time delivery and exact production to specification. Reports directly to the Customer Solutions Supervisor, The general daily operation will encompass the Technician working as part of the Customer Solutions team and will be involved in the receipt and processing of Customer Communications, Financial and Technical Order Entry, Scheduling/Planning and Data Preparation from Customer supplied data for Manufacturing and Inspection formats.

The role will also involve dealing directly with the Customers, by phone, email and possible visits as well as coordinating with the other Compugraphics sites to meet global requirements. Be aware of any changes as they occur i.e. Procedure updates, new system introductions. Guidance will be given from more Senior staff within the department working the same shift pattern. The working relationship with this person is key within the teamwork of the department. You should look on this person as your mentor and work closely with them to progress your own competence and confidence levels. Maintaining regular contact with the Customer Solutions Supervisor, informing them of any problems encountered and solutions implemented. Participate in any relevant problem solving or departmental discussion teams. Flexibility to enable working in other areas of Compugraphics and other shifts if required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Maintain a smooth interface with the cleanroom Production Team. Co-operative team working with the other operational functions including Sales, as well as the Quality Department and other Production areas. The resolution of common problems with the exchange of tasks and shared commitments.

• Support the other functional groupings within the company for the overall benefit of the business.
