We are in search of a talented SAP SuccessFactors Consultant who possesses proven expertise in at least two SuccessFactors modules. As an integral part of our HR transformation team, you will play a key role in driving the success of our organization and work in an international environment across EMEA. These are the tasks that await you:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design SAP SuccessFactors solutions

• Implement, configure, and customize SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to optimize the system's performance

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend process improvements

• Mentor and train internal teams on SuccessFactors functionality

Ihr Profil

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors with expertise in at least two modules

• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities

• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus
