Challenges You'll Meet:

• Leadership & Technical Excellence: Guide, mentor, and set standards for the Node.js team. Collaborate with architects and other team leads to design efficient software architecture. Make informed decisions about technology stack, frameworks, and tools.

• Code Development: Lead by example through coding, code reviews, and innovative problem-solving. Write clean, documented code, addressing challenges effectively.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate with PMs and BAs to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities. Break down complex tasks into actionable items and delegate responsibilities to team members.

• Team Collaboration: Foster a positive, collaborative environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and effective communication.

• Performance & Quality: Optimize Node.js applications for speed and scalability. Ensure software quality through comprehensive testing and automation.

• Troubleshooting & Innovation: Provide timely solutions for production issues, participating in critical incident support and proposing continuous improvements.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Node.js trends, proposing process enhancements to boost team productivity and software excellence.
