Ihre Aufgaben
As an intern you'll support the manager and team carrying out daily operational activities to define and improve processes and tools for best logistic deliveries.
Your activities will include:-
Support in monitoring outbound activities and related stakeholders: shipping companies, custom agency, internal customer service.

Support the supervision of correct and efficient loading preparations for transport, in line with the expected volumes and company's targets.

Support in logistics providers management, ensuring compliance with agreed KPI to be verified in periodic meetings.

Support timely interventions in case of services issue, involving all internal/external stakeholders to contribute to the most efficient resolution.

Support reports delivery to detect mostly frequent logistic issue to be improved and take the needed action.

Promote an innovative and proactive approach with new possible solutions, in the constant searching for improving the level of service provided

You've a Master's degree in Management or Production Engineering
