QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Submission of local accounting and tax documents and payments
• Organize collection from debtors
• Transparently reflect incoming funds from suppliers and clients into the system
• Ensuring the execution of e-ledger, e-invoice, e-archive processes,
• Prepare and report company financial tables in accordance with International Accounting Standards (IFRS)
• Provide the administration and delivery of the periodic balance sheet, profit and loss and other financial statements and activity results reports of the company in accordance with the relevant legislation,
• To follow up and control the monthly SGK statements and the payment of accrued insurance fees to the relevant institutions and control the payments
• On time monthly HQ reporting
• Comply legal policies of the company with local regulations
• Control accounting team on issuing invoices and processing payments
• Pursue relations with the banks, tax office, and legal authorities
• Propose and supervise technical solutions for financial & accounting issues

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience
• Start-up or entrepreneurship experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree on a related field from a reputable university
• Knowledge of IFRS, VUK and Uniform Chart of Accounts,
• Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP, Turkish Tax and Accounting
• Extensive Financial & Cost Accounting skills and IFRS knowledge;
• Good analytical skills to use in reporting processes,
• Very good command of MS Office programs
• Preferably having knowledge of LOGO accounting program
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear communication and perfect writing skills
• Very good spoken and written English
