N3 Engine Overhaul Services (N3) is the European competence centre for the maintenance and repair of Rolls-Royce engines of the Trent series. The joint venture between Lufthansa Technik AG and Rolls-Royce plc is located at the gates of Arnstadt, in Thuringia's largest industrial area "Erfurter Kreuz". More than 700 employees service the engines of 50 international airlines on behalf of Rolls-Royce.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Checking for completeness and compliance of work papers with engine components

• Finding of electrical wiring and troubleshooting/repairing

• Deciding on the further course of action in case of faults

• Determining the repair procedure in compliance with the repair plans

• Carrying out repairs (e.g. replacing cables, changing connectors, soldering components

• Installing sensors

• Performing quality control (e.g. visual inspection, resistance measurements)

• Documenting the completed work orders with regard to completeness and correctness in the system, filling out measurement reports

• Record test/measurement results in SAP and corresponding technical documentation

• TAKE-OFF / GOOD TO KNOW

Ihr Profil

• At least 3 years of completed technical vocational training (e.g. automotive mechatronics technician or industrial mechatronics technician)

• Team/communication skills, as well as commitment and ability to work under pressure
