N3 Engine Overhaul Services (N3) is the European competence centre for the maintenance and repair of Rolls-Royce engines of the Trent series. The joint venture between Lufthansa Technik AG and Rolls-Royce plc is located at the gates of Arnstadt, in Thuringia's largest industrial area "Erfurter Kreuz". More than 700 employees service the engines of 50 international airlines on behalf of Rolls-Royce.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Programming, setting up and operating the 3-D coordinate measuring machines

• Performing measurements on components and fixtures based on specifications

• Developing measuring programs on the basis of technical documentation as well as testing and further developing them

• Supervision of all 3-D coordinate measuring machines and training of new colleagues

• Provision of measurement data for the preparation of statistical evaluations of measurement series

• Creation of part-specific and reusable holding fixtures (e.g. Alufix holding fixtures)

• Evaluation, documentation and archiving of program documents and data,

• Payment according to IG Metall tariff, starting salary 3.128 Euro

• Participation in Company Bonus

Ihr Profil

• Professional experience in the use of 3-D coordinate measuring machines including the programming of 3-D coordinate measuring machines or CNC-controlled systems

• Teamwork and communication skills as well as strong quality awareness

• Independent and structured way of working

• Good knowledge of MS-Office

• Open-minded towards the English language, You do not meet all the requirements described or come from a non-aviation industry? No problem - at N3 you work in a team and are fully trained by experienced colleagues.
