N3 Engine Overhaul Services (N3) is the European competence centre for the maintenance and repair of Rolls-Royce engines of the Trent series. The joint venture between Lufthansa Technik AG and Rolls-Royce plc is located at the gates of Arnstadt, in Thuringia's largest industrial area "Erfurter Kreuz". More than 700 employees service the engines of 50 international airlines on behalf of Rolls-Royce.

Ihre Aufgaben

Also of interest for: Lean management, supply chain management, process control,

• Planning of work orders taking into account available resources (including personnel, machine assignment) in cooperation with the departments

• Control of the elimination of planning conflicts and schedule violations

• Preparation and execution of control meetings

• Continuous monitoring of the processing progress of the orders

• Data maintenance and documentation of deviations to support internal reporting

• Analysis and participation in the further development of supply chain processes

• Identification of requirements and recognition of optimization potentials in order to optimize the respective concepts in terms of speed, costs and quality,

Ihr Profil

• Completed bachelor's degree in the field of economics or commercial vocational training with links to production

• Ideally several years of professional experience in the production organization of an industrial company

• Experience in project management desirable

• Good SAP knowledge (modules MM/PP)

• Strong communication and assertiveness skills as well as a confident manner

• Analytical thinking skills and independent, goal-oriented working style

• Very good knowledge of German and English, You do not meet all the requirements described or come from a non-aviation industry? No problem - at N3 you work in a team and are fully trained by experienced colleagues.
