Responsibilities:
Process and review payroll data for accuracy and completeness
Calculate and enter payroll deductions, bonuses, and commissions
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries
Maintain accurate payroll records and files
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
