The Director, Preferred Partner Program is responsible for building and maintaining the program by collaborating with technology solution providers whose offerings align with the Nacha strategy of advancing the ACH Network, providing personalized support to achieve completion of Preferred Partners' deliverables, and building rapport and providing quick responses to their inquiries. Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

Ability to clearly articulate the Preferred Partner value and benefits to appropriate companies, and to develop and execute effective recruitment plans/approaches to meet/exceed budgeted revenue goals.

Nurture Preferred Partner relationships through effective onboarding and to provide excellent customer service. Efforts include providing stellar communications to inform Partners on any outstanding deliverables and brief them on key Nacha programs/updates that may be of interest. Promptly address any Preferred Partner questions and adeptly handle any issues through a sympathetic (yet formal) process.

Work closely with select Nacha staff to support fulfilment of deliverables (e.g., development of Partner press release, promotion of deliverables, review of ACH accuracy/positioning, secure advertising placements.

Recommend ways of improving Preferred Partner offerings and satisfaction.

Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and/or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP), a plus
