The Director, Preferred Partner Program is responsible for building and maintaining the program by collaborating with technology solution providers whose offerings align with the Nacha strategy of advancing the ACH Network, providing personalized support to achieve completion of Preferred Partners' deliverables, and building rapport and providing quick responses to their inquiries. Responsibilities

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• Ability to clearly articulate the Preferred Partner value and benefits to appropriate companies, and to develop and execute effective recruitment plans/approaches to meet/exceed budgeted revenue goals.

• Nurture Preferred Partner relationships through effective onboarding and to provide excellent customer service. Efforts include providing stellar communications to inform Partners on any outstanding deliverables and brief them on key Nacha programs/updates that may be of interest. Promptly address any Preferred Partner questions and adeptly handle any issues through a sympathetic (yet formal) process.

• Work closely with select Nacha staff to support fulfilment of deliverables (e.g., development of Partner press release, promotion of deliverables, review of ACH accuracy/positioning, secure advertising placements.

• Recommend ways of improving Preferred Partner offerings and satisfaction.

• Excellent interpersonal and written skills.

• Ability to lead and work within a team.

• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with Customer Management Systems (Impexium and Hubspot, a plus), Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), and other virtual communications tools (e.g., Zoom and GoToMeeting)

• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and/or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP), a plus

  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing and light lifting of boxes may occur. This would require the ability to lift files/boxes, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Educational Requirements,

• Bachelor's degree.

• Five or more years of work experience in the association, financial services or technology industry field.

• Five or more years of work experience in customer service capacity.

• Ability to embrace and live Nacha's Core Values.
