Summary: The focus of the Project Manager is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all customer and regulatory requirements. The Cirque project management role has been identified as critical to the success of your aggressive growth and a necessary component to working as efficiently as possible. The PM will work directly with customers and engineering teams to ensure successful project completion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks and priorities to all project contributors, ensuring that new tasks are assigned as others are complete
- Ensure that project contributors have all the resources, tool, etc. necessary for successful project completion
- Communicate project status, including important milestones that are met or missed
- Ensure all project participants are clear on the overall direction and schedule of the project.
- Work directly with customers to provide project updates.
- Propose and implement PM processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Work with leadership to ensure necessary resources are available for project completion.
- Work to eliminate potential obstacles and prevent delays that may affect the project timeline, reporting to upper management as needed.
- Propose solutions, procure resources to get late projects back on schedule.
- Write and maintain PM process documentation.
- Availability to attend frequent early-morning or evening calls with overseas partners.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years PM experience in a technical environment

Experience managing hardware projects preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal/relationship building skills

Experience with ASANA preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Work Type: Hybrid - 3 days in the office required
