Ihre Aufgaben

We are seeking a VP MIS to forge strategic business partnerships, lead our digital transformation, drive, and execute our data strategy and lead multiple teams to excellence. As the VP MIS, you will play a pivotal role in IT management reporting to the CIO. Your strategic vision, collaborative approach, and management skills will be instrumental in contributing to Ceragon's operational efficiency and customer experience. Responsibilities: o Lead and manage multiple applications, Data, Support and Development teams o Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with Ceragon Executive Leadership to deeply understand their business processes. Oversee the implementation, and optimization of applications' solutions, harnessing their full potential for business growth. o Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, aligned with Ceragon's business objectives. o Oversee the implementation of Ceragon's data strategy, ensuring business adoption and data integrity. o Oversee the day-to-day operations, budget and support of critical business applications, ensuring quality resolution in timely manner. o Collaborate with the IT infrastructure, Network and Cybersecurity teams in improving availability, performance, and security of applications o Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth within the teams.

Ihr Profil

o Prior experience in Applications Management, leading multiple Applications and Data teams o Demonstrated expertise in establishing and maintaining strategic business partnerships o Proven track record of leading cross-organization digital transformation initiatives o Experience in data architecture, strategy, and governance o Previous experience with Oracle Cloud and Salesforce o Strong background in enterprise-level project management and support o Experience in Global High-Tech companies o Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent
