Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

• Lead and manage team members and software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project goals, requirements, and timelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, define scope, and establish clear project objectives.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including task assignments, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, assisting with problem-solving, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective measures to ensure project success.

• Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, skills development, and continuous improvement.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in C# .NET technologies, and leverage them to enhance project outcomes and team productivity.

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent practical work experience

• About 6 years' experience, good communication in English.

• University Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Proficiency Database: MSSQL Server, Oracle and/ Or Access.

• Having at least 4 years in project management. Agile, PMP skills are preferred

• Having at least 6 years in software development, familiar with programming languages especially in C#, .Net Framework, VBA.

• Successful track record of developing quality software products.

• Proficiency in software design, debugging, documentation, testing, QA & QC.

• Proficiency in development process, requirement analysis, business analysis

• Ability to use version control software.

• Having experience in enterprise applications, banking and finance is preferred

• Ability to work on multiple different projects at the same time.

• Ability to supervise and training subordinates.

• Analytical, creative, dynamic & hardworking.

• Having good presentation & report skills
