Ihre Aufgaben


We are looking for a Head of Product responsible for Digital Marketing products of the MotorK Platform for car dealers and manufacturers. As Head of Product you will be responsible for leading the team towards the ideation, planning and execution and go-to-market of products and features that will allow our customers to establish their online presence and generate more sales opportunities.

In this role you will report directly to the CPO, you will understand the commercial impact of product decisions and be a key decision maker in both the development of our product and the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple Product Designers, Product Managers, Product Analyst across multiple cross functional product teams

  • Establishing long term goals for the product while keeping in mind short term objectives that will help achieve those goals

  • Analysing customer feedback in order to identify areas where improvements can be made to existing products or new products can be developed

  • Developing detailed specifications and plans for new products, including prototypes or models to test the design concept

  • Managing budgets for new product development projects and ensuring that all costs are within the specified limits

  • Working with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting new products to consumers

  • Researching emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth within an industry

  • Evaluating the success of new products based on performance metrics such as sales volume, profit margins, and customer satisfaction levels

  • Support the go-to-market activities collaborating with product marketing



Ihr Profil


  • Have experience of working as a Head of Product in a technology business, ideally in B2B enterprise SaaS or B2C digital products

  • Experience on leading cross functional teams of product managers, product designers, developers and QA

  • 5-8 years of experience building solutions that engage with customers across email, social media, advertising and or messaging

  • Experience scaling products across the European market and building partnerships with 3rd parties

  • Experience leading teams in different countries and timezones

  • Familiarity with growing products thru product led growth tactics, along with traditional sales led models.
