The Channel Manager plays a critical role in our content operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role requires daily monitoring of multiple content channels, executing timely content publishing, and swiftly adjusting tactics based on channel performance and emerging trends., 1. Content Upload and Execution:

Timely upload and schedule content across specified channels.

Execute any changes in content strategy or tactics as directed by the Operations Manager.

Monitor channels daily to track content performance.

Immediately report and act on any spikes or dips in traffic.

Ensure channels consistently meet or exceed set performance metrics.

Quickly adapt and implement changes based on channel performance and viewer feedback.

Collaborate with Production Managers and the Operations Manager to adjust content or scheduling to maximize engagement.

Proactively detect and address any copyright claims.

Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external entities for efficient copyright issue resolution.

Maintain regular communication with the Operations Manager regarding channel status, performance metrics, and challenges.

Collaborate effectively with the broader Operations team, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

Promptly address any unexpected channel-related issues or challenges.

Ensure minimal disruption to scheduled content and viewership experience.

Previous experience in content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
