As a KurSpa Practitioner at Sparkling Hill, you will provide guests with relaxation and rejuvenation through our wide range of tension-relieving massages and/or beauty and/or body treatments as per expertise.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Greet guests when they arrive at the resort

• Assist with loading and unloading luggage

• Provide guests with information about the different amenities and locations within Sparkling Hill

• Safely park and bring up guest vehicles from the underground parking garage

• Direct traffic and parking for large corporate groups or weddings

• Bring items to guest rooms as requested

• Assist guests and other members of the Front Desk to ensure all patrons of the resort have a seamless and exceptional experience

• Ensure the cleaning and supplying of guest rooms and the comfort of all guests

• Clean guest rooms following the established procedures and Sparkling Hill standards

• Adhere to the established standard of safety, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies

• Complete work assignments from the Housekeeping Department as assigned using required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.

• Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the specified area

• Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping

• Report any items found in check-out units to the Housekeeping Manager

• Dress in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times

• Other duties as assigned,

• Available to work weekends as needed, Join the Housekeeping team at Sparkling Hill Resort! We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available for a Linen Attendant role. This is an entry level position with lots of opportunity to develop for the right individual.,

• Enter guest rooms before Room Attendants to remove all bedding and linen and organize garbage, etc.

• Sort and organize linen to be washed by the Laundry team

• Assist Housekeeping team members with tasks as directed

• Deliver linen and amenity items to guest rooms

• Assist the Laundry team with folding, washing, and ironing as needed

• Other tasks as assigned, Join the Kitchen team at Sparkling Hill Resort! We currently have positions available for Line Cook/Demi Chef de Partie roles in our PeakFine Restaurant.,

• Prepare a variety of ingredients, sauces, etc. based on the needs of the kitchen

• Receive and store food supplies, equipment and utensils in fridges, freezers and storage areas

• Stock line coolers and storage areas before, during, and after service

• Operate a line station during lunch/dinner service

• Check on and stock buffet items to ensure freshness and quality

• Assist with preparation and plating for banquets and corporate functions

• Adhere to food safety and quality standards at all times

• Maintain full knowledge of current and upcoming menu items

• Other duties as assigned,

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

• Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledgment and responding to their needs and expectations

• Perform fitness and/or therapeutic treatments while maintaining the clients safety and well-being at all times

• Perform 15, 30, 45 and 60 minute fitness and therapeutic treatments

• Accompany guests through -110 degree Celsius Cold Sauna

• Teach fitness classes, guide outdoor walks or hikes, perform personal training or fitness testing

• Development of fitness programs

• Provide various therapies (From previous knowledge or learned through on the job training)

• Maintain a clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is clean and in safe working order

• Actively participate in other areas of Spa Operation such as knowledge and recommendation of other spa treatments

• Ensure awareness of latest fitness trends

• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way

• Follow department policies and procedures

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies

• Assist with laundry, reception and cleaning duties as required

• Perform nail, facial and cosmetic services in a safe, comfortable, and hygienic manner, as well as scrubs and wraps, using safe and professional techniques

• Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all facial, manicure and pedicure services

• Sell and restock professional all retail products

• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way - including tours

• Maintain cleanliness of work area and of all equipment used

• Follow departmental policies and procedures

• Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage work area

• Maintain a clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order

• Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation such as product knowledge and retail sales

• Ensure awareness of current trends in body treatments

• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way

• Follow departmental policies and procedures

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies

• Attend facility operations department communications meetings.

• Operate conveyor belt dishwashing system in large kitchen environment

• Assist with sanitization/cleanliness of kitchen areas

• Help to receive and put away food and supply orders

• Support team with the execution of buffet and plated style banquets and corporate functions as needed

• Restock items on the line during service periods

• Maintain general organization of dishware and storage areas

• To assist in recruiting and training all Restaurant team members

• Balance operational, administrative and employee needs

• Attend regularly scheduled departmental meetings

• Repair stitching, zippers, tears, etc. in hotel linens,

• Previous experience in housekeeping an asset
