Ihre Aufgaben

Nipro Europe is currently looking for a dynamic colleague who can evolve in a fast-growing business environment. The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for the organization and implementation of demonstrations and training as well as the integration of dialysis products within hospitals.

You will land in our friendly Benelux team of clinical application specialists and sales representatives and you will report directly to the Country Manager Benelux. You will be mainly active in Flanders.

What you'll do

• You are responsible for training and support about NE's product range, hemodialysis products and machines in particular

• You will provide product support to both potential customers and end-users

• To potential customers: o In vitro: at NE headquarters, at hospitals, at congresses, o In vivo: at dialysis departments

• To end users: o In vivo, at dialysis departments

• You will develop training materials for these purposes

• You will provide professional assistance and advice to help with product problem solving and/or complaint resolution

• You will work closely with the local Sales Managers and Technical Sales Support Managers on the successful implementation of marketing and product specific plans and products to help them achieve their goals

Ihr Profil

• You have bachelor degree in nursing or higher

• You are customer oriented

• You are proactive and take initiatives

• You focus on problem solving

• You are flexible, and can work under pressure and manage stress

• You have a process oriented-approach

• You have strong communication skills internal (sales/…) and external (customer)

• You have knowledge of MS Office

• You speak & write fluently in Dutch and English, French is a plus
