In the southern Black Forest, right on the Swiss border and 20 minutes from Zurich Airport, lies the 200 hectare Hofgut Albfuehren, one of the most beautiful stud farms in Europe, in an idyllic natural landscape. With 150 horses, agriculture and forestry as well as a restaurant with fine cuisine, 4* hotel and country club, the Hofgut is a unique place - also for working!

The stud farm covers the areas of sport and competition horses, stallion keeping, breeding and rearing, training, and pension horse keeping. With 50 of our own horses and 100 owners, one of our focuses is on superior services for boarding and breeding horses. The training of talented sport horses and their marketing is also an important area of activity.

We are looking for someone to organize the stud management by agreement

Ihre Aufgaben

The stud administration is the direct contact for all matters relating to horse keeping. The position serves as a hub for horse operations.

Your tasks:

• Contact person for customers of the horse business, as well as support and advice

• Close cooperation with the heads of stable management, breeding & rearing, horse training / sport & riding

• Orders and coordination of appointments for the farm's own horses

• Roster creation for approx. 30 employees

• Shared responsibility for the maintenance and control of Equicty

• Event organization in tournament sports

• Coordination of maintenance and renovation measures

• Carrying out stud tours

Ihr Profil

• Experience and knowledge in the areas of horse keeping and tournament sports

• Structured and goal-oriented work in a team

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Close eye for details

• Good understanding of numbers and MS Office skills, English desirable

• Reliable, motivating, team player, customer-oriented

• Driving license class B (car)
