Ihre Aufgaben


As a member of the 727th Air Mobility Squadron you will provide travel assistance, to include personnel and baggage screening, to all Department of Defense sponsored travelers processing through the passenger terminal at RAF Mildenhall enroute to the USA and overseas locations. You will explain the restrictions of transportation of dependents, pets, vehicles, excess baggage, space available travel and related matters to travelers. You will also assist with passport and visa issues and carry out data entry to provide passenger information for various government agencies. In addition, you will also be required to operate vans and buses to transport passengers and baggage, and you may load and unload baggage from vehicles or aircraft.,

  • Applicants must demonstrate experience of providing courteous customer service through the application of knowledge of a body of rules or regulations.

  • Applicants must demonstrate an attention to detail in both reviewing documents and data entry.

  • An ability to problem solve and resolve issues promptly is required.

  • Experience of working in a passenger service environment is desirable.
