The Growth Strategy team brings understanding to our key growth initiatives and new products. We work together with our key partners in Marketing and Product to accelerate long-term growth for Trade Republic. Ihr Profil

Completed degree in economics or engineering, with excellent grades. In the case of a business degree, Business Analytics concentration or participations in bootcamps are a plus 1-2 years of professional experience internships are fine in a high growth function in which strategic analysis is essential (e.g., consulting, tech or similar) Ability to be a self-starter capable of dealing effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good visualization skills Experience with Excel Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn
