Are you driven by analyzing results and helping customers with insights to improve themselves? We are looking for you who will continue to develop yourself in a role as an Insight Consultant with us!, As an Insight Consultant, you work in an advisory role towards our customers by understanding their needs, guiding them throughout their project and providing tailored recommendations based on the results. You help our customers with insights and reports based on customer and employee surveys carried out in our feedback platform. You will independently lead projects that include everything from customer meetings and workshops to creating surveys and building questionnaires, setting up surveys in our platform, analysing and reporting, presenting results and recommendations., We are a tight-knit team of experienced consultants who work closely together and support eachother in the daily work aswell as share our knowledge and experience to grow as a team. We also work closely with other departments such as sales, customer success and product.

To succeed in this role, you must be oriented, communicative and skilled in building and developing relationships. You have analytical skills and are consultative with customers and colleagues to achieve high results. You are comfortable in a role where multiple projects are run in parallel with different deadlines and in an environment where the pace can shift. You appreciate contact with different stakeholders both internally and externally. Furthermore, you are independent and feel ownership of your tasks simultaneously as you are happy to share knowledge and cooperate with the team.
What we are looking for

A university degree in a, for the position, suitable area (for example statistics, business analytics, Human Resources or behavioral science)

Previous experience in a similar role that involves project management, and/or advisory

Experience in data analysis

Background in research related to Customer Experience (CX). Previous knowledge, or an interest in learning about, Employee Experience (EX) is also an advantage

Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Comfortable in presenting results to customers, onsite as well as online

Very good knowledge of Swedish and English is required, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Norwegian is also highly desirable, but not necessary

Experience working in feedback platforms is an advantage
