UX Consultant / Requirements Manager

Ihre Aufgaben

• Coordinating our agile requirements management and developing concepts for the new and ongoing development of the software

• Communicating directly with our customers and analysing processes. Acting as a competent contact person for questions relating to requirements and concepts

• Liaising between our development team and customers, analysing complex relationships and processes, and translating these into comprehensible and structured implementation strategies

• Creating user stories and concepts and documenting system processes

Ihr Profil

• Graduate in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or a comparable field of study

• Passionate about analysing business processes and designing software

• Experience in the field of user experience, software analysis or software development desirable

• Independent and precise approach to work, as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Ability to work well in a team, empathetic and an excellent communicator

• Strong organisational skills and problem-solving expertise

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence desirable
