Manage the prioritization of activities and projects based on the division's strategic objectives to drive forward the Retail Business Systems provided in BOSS and HUGO Stores globally - with a focus on a global cash desk and its rollout incl. a mobile approach

Through your Retail knowledge and interactions with Retail Operation teams in the markets you will provide systems, applications and toolsthat meet the requirements of the markets and the strategy of HUGO BOSS and are aligned to future requirements for global use

Close contact with Retail Operation in the markets will enable you to raise awareness of Retail requirements in the business, to ensure that project prioritisation across the business considers the impact on retail and how to generate the new In-Store and Customer Experience defined in our Global Retail strategy,

Minimum 5 years experience in Retail

Direct store experience or area management experience a plus

High customer orientation and love for fashion

Good SAP Retail knowledge especially in transaction handling and sales audit

Experience in system rollouts, e.g. cash desk systems and/or SAP

Innovation orientation, especially related to instore tools and systems

Proven track record of successful project work as well as change management skills

Profound time management, prioritization and organisational skills required, experience in project management ideal

Team player and skills to motivate project teams and wider colleagues

Willingness to travel internationally and intercultural competencies essential
