Associate Manager - Marketing Operations

You will be responsible for:

• Demonstrate digital marketing know-how and lead a core team including project managers, digital lead and content lead

• Works as a Marketo (technical subject matter expert, having had the breadth and depth of experience to provide solutions to complex business problems based upon real-world experiences

• Review work components and work plans on PM tool and ensure all plans are up-to-date

• Review utilisation of core and flexi resources on an ongoing basis; planning for additional resources based on spikes

• Identifies potential risks to the engagement and plan mitigation strategies

• Coordinates with heads of different internal functions to ensure all issues are resolved on an ongoing basis

• Develops Root Cause Analysis in case of any compliance related issues.

• Manage ops reporting and KPI heath

Ihr Profil

• 4+ years of business experience, demand generation, business consulting, in a Marketo business environment

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages, web services, web development, relational databases, and REST APIs

• Proven success in design, development and delivery of SaaS integration solutions

• Experience with any of the following: Javascript, ASP.NET, C# and Java

• Experience with hosting environments like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

• Experience integrating with REST APIs
