Ihre Aufgaben


We are now looking to recruit a self-motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our small marketing team at Amazon Filters. They will need to pro-actively develop and implement digital strategies and tasks to drive an increase of inbound marketing qualified leads. Working closely with an external marketing company to implement an engaging and effective website, rich content and effective PPC and paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn. What they do will have a visible impact in the company and they will be expected to interact directly with other departments in the company. The successful individual will also be undertaking the following tasks: o Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies with a digital focus. o Co-create digital campaigns to grow new leads, grow engagement, increase brand profile and promote the values of Amazon Filters. o Help manage relationships with a third party in-bound marketing company. e.g. website, digital advertising, SEO. o Manage the marketing automation processes within HubSpot including lead generation and the development of user journeys ensuring GDPR compliance. o Work closely with the sales and proposals teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. o Responsible for social media strategy. o Create, implement, and report on PPC and paid online advertising. o Measure, evaluate and report on all digital marketing activity and engagement. o Updating / creating website pages and content including collateral generated in Adobe Suite i.e. InDesign, Illustrator etc o Contribute to generic marketing activities including creation of templates and presentations. o Operate on own initiative to continually update, develop and improve content and user experience.

This role is for a creative and critical thinker who relishes the opportunity to make a real difference and is not afraid to embrace and try new ideas. The role while primarily around digital marketing will also involve such tasks as the generation of marketing collateral using Adobe Suite. Flexibility from the candidate will be key to being part of a small team, as is the desire to learn new skills when required. The successful candidate will have the freedom to develop and execute their own ideas to maximise the number of MQL's delivered to our sales team through the inbound marketing strategy. It is therefore essential that the individual is able to working independently as well collaboratively and use their own initiative in order to bring and implement any new ideas. This role is therefore a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to progress within their career through demonstrating the ability to pro-actively bring about positive results. In order to be considered for the position we are looking for someone with: Essential: o Degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing o Knowledge and experience using web analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics/GA4 o Working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite with ability to create and edit marketing collateral Desirable: o Direct experience in working with HubSpot platform CRM and Website o Proven record of generation and delivery of digital content in a B2B environment
