The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the continuous flow of new B2B sales (focussed on SME market) for citizenM and driving the overall sales together with the Strategic Account team. They translate citizenM's B2B SME strategy into business goals and maximizing optimal profitable revenue from these specific client segments. They ensure sales strategies are performed in line with the long term plans of the company.
key responsibilities

taking the lead in prospecting, generating and qualifying leads on the SME segment that directly impact the topline (short turnover time)

ensuring continuous pipeline for SME accounts that have an opportunity to lead to Strategic Accounts

develop action plans particularly focusing on long term sales strategies supporting stability in high and low economic conditions

prioritizing leads and prospects to ensure the highest level of conversion

collaborating with marketing, demand, and other cross functional teams

leveraging tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Agency360, ZoomInfo and Salesforced to build and monitor your sales pipeline.

organize and coordinate sales team efforts, allocate responsibilities based on the needs of hotels, and propagate team communication
