Ihre Aufgaben

• Technical and disciplinary management of the employees in the area of mechanical construction

• Further development of the department through continuous elimination of weaknesses

• Further development of our machine platforms for laser processing with a focus on consistent standardisation, modularisation and customer benefits

• Close coordination with the sales, project management, work preparation, production and other development departments

• Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards

• Coordination with customers and suppliers as part of the general design work

Ihr Profil

• University degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field

• Several years of professional experience in the field of construction, ideally with personnel responsibility

• Sound knowledge with PTC Creo or comparable

• Extensive knowledge in automation technology and plant construction

• Organisational skills, initiative, high assertiveness as well as goal-oriented and structured way of working

• Confident appearance, strong communication skills and customer orientation
