Managing Consultant - Regulatory and Labeling

Job Description

We are continuing to grow our Consulting team and are currently seeking a Managing Consultant specializing in Regulatory and Labeling. The role will require you to:

Lead a portfolio of complex consulting assignments to deliver innovative client solutions

• Lead project delivery for multiple and/or complex projects, while acting as the prime client contact
• Provide leadership, bring insight and gravitas to the analysis, design, and implementation of projects
• Build executive level client and stakeholder relationships across projects and accounts
• Oversee effective project budgeting and financial controls to ensure profitability

Provide thought leadership across Labeling and Regulatory solutions and services

• Bring latest thinking and insight to develop industry leading Regulatory Affairs and Labeling solutions
• Lead working groups, forum discussions, and content development to support our industry leading Regulatory networks
• Build industry presence, networks, and drive business development
• Develop collateral for projects and domain areas, for example author case studies, white papers, and new concepts

Be an integral part of the consulting leadership at Navitas Life Sciences to build and grow the business

• Conduct business development activities to drive growth - build relationships, conduct meetings, build proposals, close successful negotiations to secure project and account expansion
• Lead and coach direct reports and project teams
• Lead strategic themes, internal projects, and/or business improvement initiatives
• Lead company meeting sessions, and enthusiastically act as a role model

Desirable Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years' experience with a blend of operating model, process, and technology consulting experience
• Proven Management Consulting skills to include:
• Program and Project Management
• Process design - analysis, design, and implementation
• Business transformation/change management
• Technology landscape assessment and implementation
• Evidence of success with consulting methodologies
• Preferred experience in a regulatory or labeling role

Strong degree in a relevant subject area (e.g. Science or industry related)
