International Cooperation is the development policy institution of the Sparkassen Finance Group.

By enabling people in developing countries and emerging economies to access financial services, we aim to create opportunities that will allow them to leave poverty behind. Ihr Profil

• you are a team player and have experience in managing complex programs

What you offer:

• A Master's degree or higher in economics, social sciences, management, development economics or in the relevant fields

• at least 10 years of experience working with financial institutions, entrepreneurs, women and/or youth in Central Asia

• extensive experience in delivering financial inclusion projects within the development cooperation context for KfW, EBRD, World Bank Group, etc.

• proven experience in managing the implementation of lending schemes at PFIs in emerging markets

• fluency in English and Russian is essential
