Ihre Aufgaben

Client Management Experience managing communications with client (all levels of org) Experience working in a complex org. setup with ability to lead and drive meaningful discussions Align with multiple business and IT teams to create future roadmap and delivery plan Lead and own end to end delivery of implementation project, starting with discovery>development>testing>integration Ensure delivery is in sync with client sponsor's vision and target state Ability to represent our sponsor's org effectively during discussion with other teams without any oversight Experience leading customer facing workshops

Offshore team management Implement the project in agile framework Manage team of data engineers from offshore and ensure timely delivery Create project specific development framework and plan by closely working with architect and data engineering lead Be the liaison between the development team (internal) and business (client) during the entire delivery and ensure delivery is in sync with business requirements Strong background in data engineering to build optimal solution based on a use case Ability to mentor offshore team and provide a clear direction

Technical Strong coding background in Python and SQL (Must Have) Hands-on ETL experience in building use case specific data pipelines (Must Have) Preferred experience using Dataiku and Matillion for ETL (Good to have) Understanding of SFMC platform and its features (must have) Experience working with Pharma Digital datasets (1st party, 3rd party) (good to have) Experience in Snowflake, AWS cloud environment (must have),
