Working Student/ Trainee - Workstream Billing

In this role, your work will contribute to maintaining accurate and organized data, enabling us to provide exceptional service to our customers.

What you will do:

• Cleanse customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Create customer hierarchies and map existing accounts to establish a clear structure.

• Group articles for sale and create line items per Infront service.

• Review and map customer contracts to respective accounts for easy reference and management.

Ihr Profil

• Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Management, or similar).

• Strong analytic skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.

• Self-reliant: Capable of working independently, taking ownership of tasks, and delivering high-quality results.

• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel

• Business fluent in English and German: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Proactive and adaptable: Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to changing requirements, and contribute to process improvements.

• You have the availability to work 15-20 hours a week.
