Ihre Aufgaben

ClipMyHorse.TV is the platform for all equestrian events around the world. In your position as Country Manager Nordic, you will be the main contact person for our activities in your countries and plan the strategic direction of our subsidiary in your market. Your top priority is to further expand the broad spectrum of programming for our premium members and users.

As Country Manager Nordic, you are responsible for the Nordic countries and take care of the coordination of our technical, production and content managers.

You will be responsible for offering programming variety; therefore you will finalize organizer and cooperation agreements and develop your own formats for exciting new content together with the content teams using extensive usage data and / or user interviews. As Country Manager, you should always maintain a financial overview. For regular reporting and controlling, you will coordinate closely with our accounting team in Germany.

YOUR ROLE

All in all, you are a true all-rounder and you always keep track of your countries in every area:

Events / Social Media and Content Management / Data / Shoulder Content / Marketing and Distribution / Sales / Administration / Budgets and Controlling

You should always ask yourself many questions so that your countries can become even better:

• What does ClipMyHorse.TV want to archive in my countries? (Analyses and further development)

• What can be done better / structured better?

• How can my country support the other countries?

• Which cooperations and partnerships can be initiated in the future?

• Which relationships (external and internal) need to be regularly maintained

• Which local news / developments influence your countries? Which new/existing brands and companies are influential?

  These are your main tasks and they must become second nature to you:

• You will be responsible for organizing the national/ international sports and breeding events, overseeing them from proposal creation to execution including Content/ Social Media Management

• You will be responsible for the coordination of our technical and production teams on site

• Maintain a general overview and be the main contact person for your countries/ region at all times

• Participate monthly: in country update meeting with all other Country Managers

• Create regular reports for shareholder meetings, etc. Show leadership and responsibility in daily business, and especially during special events and unusual circumstances etc. Be the face of ClipMyHorse.TV to all cooperation partners, associations, sponsors and key stakeholders

  You shouldn't be afraid of numbers either.

• Since you are basically a mini CEO as Country Manager, you should always keep an eye on your countries figures. Contact the accounting team in Germany for a regular exchange, as well as to create solid workflows and processes.

• Keep an overview of all costs and revenue - You hold complete budget responsibility for all projects/ productions (Breeding, International, National, Specials). This entails:

• budget planning and monitoring

• setting short and medium term management goals (using SMART)

• In some countries we work together with an accountant. Maintain a regular exchange with this accountant. You should be the main contact person along with the accounting team.,

Ihr Profil

• Ideally, you have a background in event management/ social media/ content management, and experience in TV production would be advantageous, or you have completed vocational training as an event manager. However, if you are a career changer with strong organizational skills, you are also encouraged to apply.

• You already have expertise in the field of national/ international equestrian sports and horse breeding events, and ideally, you have an existing network.

• Fluent English language skills in written and spoken form are essential. In addition, you should be fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish).

• You have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and are open-minded.

• Communication is one of your strengths. You always have an open ear for the needs of your colleagues, service providers, or customers.

• You can easily adapt to changes, are perfectly organized, and have a high level of resilience when it comes to stress.

• You have the aspiration for constant striving to "become better".

• Working with a laptop is part of your daily routine, and you are proficient and familiar with MS Office products.
