Your tasks
o Strategic and operational planning of fundraising
o Development and implementation of a strategy to attract and retain major donors
o Further development of inheritance marketing
o Advice for (major) donors on their donation requests
o Target-group oriented relationship management of the donors
o Support of the board of directors with project descriptions for fundraising
o Maintaining contact with cooperation partners
Our requirements to you
o University studies or comparable practical experience
o Several years of professional experience in fundraising, ideally in the area of major donations and inheritance fundraising
o Strong communication skills
o Conceptual strength
o Empathy and persuasiveness
o Initiative and independent work
