Ihre Aufgaben

• You will make precision components on high-precision machine tools by turning, milling, drilling and grinding.

• You will learn different measuring methods to determine the component quality (using a simple caliper gauge or a 3D coordinate measuring machine).

• You will learn the programming of CNC controlled machines and the automation of the production processes.

• You are also responsible for the maintenance of the machine assigned to you and are therefore responsible in the team for the smooth running of the production.

• You are enthusiastic about technology and one of your strengths during your school days was mathematics.

• You are committed and enjoy taking technical challenges.

Prospects in the company If you have proven your skills in our company, you will usually be employed on a permanent basis and you will have an interesting and secure job. After 3.5 years of apprenticeship, you will be a specialist in certain machine systems. Many doors will be open to you within the company, for instance in the grinding, turning or operating technology department. Further training is welcome in our company and is actively encouraged. Activities of an industrial management assistant (m/f/d)

• Industrial management assistants are employed in different areas of our company, for instance in the office work, sales, purchasing, export/customs clearance and the finance department.

• In your job you are responsible for ensuring that one gear meshes into the other. You prepare offers, communicate directly with the customers, are responsible for the procurement of all kinds of material or coordinate the order processing.

• You work in a team on an interdisciplinary basis in cooperation with other business units and our subsidiaries.

Ihr Profil

• You have a distinctive responsibility and strong communication skills

• Strengths in mathematics, German and a foreign language

• At least a good secondary school leaving certificate

• You enjoy working in a team, If you have proven your skills in our company, you will usually be employed on a permanent basis and you will have an interesting and secure job. After 3 years of apprenticeship, many areas in the company will be open to you. Depending on your strengths, we will decide together about the best possible workplace. We actively encourage job-related training.
