Production Manager

Ihre Aufgaben

• Manage the end-to-end production process of our digital-first short form series, from concept development to final delivery

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead to develop compelling visual storylines and ensure synchronization between animation and storytelling

• Manage establishing and recruiting internal studio resources and manage external studio relationships

• Oversee production processes and personnel/crew from initial development through to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production guidelines, maintaining consistency throughout the series.

• Provide creative and technical feedback to the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Resolve production challenges and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the production process.

• Have solution-oriented approach to solving internal and external challenges.

Ihr Profil

• Have proven experience as a production manager, within the field of CGI and/or 2D animation.

• Have strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.

• Have deep understanding of animation production processes and pipelines, including pre-production, storyboarding, character design, animation techniques, and post-production.

• Have experience working with external vendors and comfortable trafficking assets across multiple platforms and teams.

• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder management.

• Have strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.

• Be familiar with budgeting and resource management for animation projects is a plus.

• Have knowledge of industry-standard software and tools used in animation production. Experience with Asana is a plus.
